- Dream & Flow reserves the right to refuse or return for editing any piece of poetry it deems inappropriate for a G-rated audience.
- Poets who submit works to Dream & Flow certify that all works are the original works of the poet and do not infringe on any copywright
- Poets who submit works to Dream & Flow give permissions for Dream & Flow to include those works in Second Saturday Anthologies without further compensation real or implied.
- Poets may submit works that have already been published or have been submitted to other journals for publication. Dream & Flow is not responsible for the terms of those publications. It is the responsibility of the poet to ensure that they have no standing contracts in regards to any works submitted to Dream & Flow to prevent publication.
